Operation X-tri:
The grapes are distributed on the vibrating band for then enter to the tape of the optical unit. The optical sensor recognizes many elements of the harvest such as residues of stalks, leaves, leaf stems, insects and other foreign matter. This optical systems allows to recognize the unripe grape berries (different color), such as those affected by Botrytis. All this is expelled through air jets. In this way, the residue-free product is discharged directly to the next process in the grinding group. The expel parameters can be set through the touchscreen. The X-TRI line is available in different sizes and allows to work approximately up to a maximum of 15 t/h of grapes.
